Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week. Last wash is at 9:00 p.m.
Are you attended?
Yes, we are fully attended.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a card store. Our machines take the Laundroworks card. You can load the card with cash, credit cards or debit cards.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 50 and 80 pound washers and dryers.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are in a strip mall that has plenty of parking.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with us any time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a high-grade commercial detergent. If you get our Premium Service you have your choice of Tide, Gain or Kirkland Signature Ulta Clean.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our clients' clothes separate from each other.
When will I get my clothes back?
Your clothes will be ready for pick up the next day. Guaranteed.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday - Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
What is the turnaround time?
Your clothes will be returned on the next delivery day. If you have a pickup on a Friday your clothes will be returned to you on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $40 minimum for pickup and delivery service.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
If you sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service the cost is $2.40/lb. If you just want to use our service from time to time it is $2.50/lb.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No. Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. There is a section when you place your order where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. We do not require any long term commitment. You are free to cancel service at any time.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card won't be charged until your laundry is finished.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be pulled shut so that nothing will fall out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can log into your account and place your service on hold until you return.
