Detroit Laundry Service is owned by the Kline family. Our family has been in business in metro Detroit since 1989. My father taught me that all you need to do in business is listen to your customers, and that is how we run our business.
Over the years, we have learned how to do laundry with precision. It starts with having a solid infrastructure. We use the best laundry machines out there that agitate the laundry more and give you a better wash. The other aspect of a good wash is good chemistry, so we use the best detergent available and bleach whites in hot water. Finishing the laundry is often overlooked, but it is important to not over dry the laundry, so the fibers do not get frayed. This extra attention to detail ensures we deliver a consistent, quality product.
