A standard kitchen trash bag is $35 washed, dried, and folded. Use a different bag and we charge $2.40 per pound instead.

Yes. Leave your bag inside the entry or wherever makes sense, and use the notes field at checkout to tell us exactly where to look and any buzzer or door code we'll need. We use the same instructions every order.

What if I only need this occasionally?

That's fine. There's no membership and no minimum beyond a single $35 bag. A lot of people use us during busy stretches, while traveling, or when their building's machines are out of service.

How is my laundry kept separate from other orders?

Every order is tagged and processed as its own batch. Your laundry is never mixed with anyone else's, which is also why we can follow item-specific notes you leave at checkout.
