Schedule your first pickup online or in the app, or call or text us at 313-375-5355. Pick a day, leave your bag outside that morning, and your laundry comes back the next day washed and folded. Your first order includes a free reusable bag.

What if I need to skip a week?

Easy. If you're on a recurring pickup, our system texts you the day before to confirm. Reply YES and we come, or just don't respond and we skip you that week. No fees, no commitment, no phone call required.

Can I send bedding and towels in the same bag as clothes?

Yes, bag it all together. We sort everything before it's washed. The only things priced separately are comforters at $22 each or three for $45, pillows at $5, and small rugs at $5.
