I work nights. When do I leave the bag out?

Whenever suits you before your scheduled pickup day. Most customers set it out the night before or on their way out. You never need to be home, and the clean laundry comes back to the same spot the next day.

Do you charge extra for heavily soiled work clothes?

No, it's the same flat rate. Bag them with everything else. If something needs an extra wash or specific treatment, leave a note at checkout and we'll take care of it.
