Can you handle a big load of beach towels?

Easily. Towels are bulky and slow in a home dryer, but our commercial machines move through a full load in one pass. Just bag them up like anything else. Pricing is still flat-rate by bag size.

How quickly do I get my laundry back?

Next day. We pick up on your scheduled day and it comes back to your door the following day washed, dried, and folded. A lot of customers here set up a recurring weekly pickup so it just happens without them thinking about it.

Can I leave special instructions for certain items?

Yes. There's a notes section at checkout for exactly that: things you want air-dried, items that need extra attention, or how you'd like something folded. We read every note before the order runs.
